Milan court denies Samsung's appeal, says the infringement claims aren't enough

At this point, people are either eager to or fed up with reading more about the Samsung-Apple scuffle, unless they are just unimpressed with the whole thing, but read they will.

While Apple has been trying, and mostly succeeding, to get the Galaxy tab 10.1 tablet banned in various countries, Samsung has been doing the same to the iPhone 4S.

Samsung hasn't been as successful, though, and its efforts in Italy haven't borne much fruit either.

As it is now reported, the court in Milan said that the infringement claims (Samsung says iPhone 4S infringes two of its patents) are not enough to stop the launch of the device in that region.

The judge will hear the case, though, on December 16, 2011, by which time both the plaintiff and defendant have to ready their evidence.
