Amazon Wireless is now offering Samsung's DROID Charge for just $99.99 with a new two-year Verizon Wireless agreement.

This is the second time that Amazon cuts the DROID Charge's price, after it made the smartphone available for $199.99 back in May.

It looks like Amazon's new offer is even better than Wirefly's, which is now selling the DROID Charge for $129.99.

Moreover, Amazon customers who purchase the DROID Charge through August 10th will receive an activation credit of up to $35.

The DROID Charge is delivered with full support for Verizon's 4G LTE network and features a large 4.3-inch Super AMOLED Plus display, which are two of the most appealing features of the handset.

With integrated Google technology, the Droid Charge 4G brings one-touch access to the popular Google mobile services millions use every day, including Google Search by voice, Google Maps with Street View, GTalk instant messaging, YouTube, and Picasa.

The phone is equipped with a single-core 1GHz Hummingbird processor and boasts a superior 8-megapixel photo snapper with autofocus, LED flash, touch focus, face and smile detection and video recording capabilities.

In addition, the 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera seems to be perfect for users who are often using the video-call functionality.

When it comes to connectivity options, DROID Charge is an all-rounder, as it offers users a wide range of options, including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, microUSB, as well as Wi-Fi hotspot capabilities, which allows users to connect up to five other Wi-Fi-enabled devices.

Samsung DROID Charge is powered by Google's Android 2.2 (Froyo) platform, but unofficial Gingerbread ROMs have already leaked and seem to be pretty stable.

It packs 2GB of internal memory, as well as microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 32 GB, 32GB memory card included).

According to the manufacturer, the phone's 1600 mAh Li-Ion battery should provide up to 280 hours of standby time or up to 11 hours of talk time.
