He gets to the part where he explains what to do in case of a crash. He tells her to get out of the vehicle even if the driver is immobilized, as she can go out and look for help. If she stays in, she risks getting injured in case of a blast.
She asks who would help her, and he notes that other motorists always pull up to check on crash victims.
Just as he is explaining that, a motorcyclist passes them at high-speed, falling off the bike and landing on the street. As the dad predicted, drivers rushed to help him out.
