News about new Nokia handsets has begun to circulate over the Internet.

One of the mentioned models is the N73, successor of the N70, which is already available on the market. The phone features a 3.2 megapixels camera with Carl Zeiss lens and autofocus, Bluetooth 2.0 and stereo speakers.

The interface looks like Symbian S60 but the expectation is that the device will run on Symbian v9.1. Furthermore, the device will contain all the standard specifications from the N70 like 3G, UMTS and video telephony.

The second N-series device is the N93. This big clamshell and successor of the N90 has got a 3.2 megapixels camera (also with Carl Zeiss lens) with autofocus and 3x optical zoom.

In terms of connectivity the phone offers Bluetooth 2.0, GPRS, EDGE, UMTS/WCDMA and Wifi/WLAN.

Other features include a 262 144 color display with QVGA resolution (250 x 320 pixels) and Symbian v9.1 as the operating system.

According to sources, the new handsets and possibly other N Series phones should be officially announced soon.
