One of the most anticipated titles ever might have a 360 version, too

In a very interesting and surprising piece of news, Altgn reveals some information received from one of their users. It's actually a hint about a potential Xbox 360 release for Starcraft II, a rumor Blizzard denied some time ago, by stating that Starcraft II will be a PC exclusive.

The "hint" we are talking about was discovered while somebody was taking a quiz through the Microsoft Retail Zone, the website used to educate the employees of electronic retail stores. One question hidden within the quiz "Universe at War" was the one that started this whole thing. Here it is:

"6. Which of the following are defining features of Universe at War?

1. The first ever Xbox 360/PC cross-platform RTS 2. Tactical dynamics create the best RTS until Starcraft 2. 3. Truly unique factions and customization 4. Free one-month Games for Windows LIVE Gold subscription 5. All of the above 6. None of the above"

Now, if this second option is an unintentional leak from Microsoft, just an error or something they wrote just to be amused by the reaction that were likely to follow, only time will tell. We already know that, if this rumor is correct, it can be translated as great news.

Even though Blizzard declared that Starcraft II will only be developed for PC, the company might have changed their mind during the last few months. They have also allowed Stracraft to be ported to Nintendo 64 and Playstation, so an Xbox 360 version might not be so "out-of-question".

As you might already know, this highly anticipated RTS game will feature some new units and gameplay mechanics to further distinguish each race (Protoss, Terran, Zerg), full 3D graphics, multiplayer support and map-making scripts and tools. In one word - just bring it on, Blizzard, wherever you wish to!
