After being the first people in the world to have tasted Google's Android operating system, T-Mobile's subscribers might soon be able to enjoy some very appealing devices powered by the platform. According to the latest news around the Internet, the nicest ones of all should be the Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 and the HTC Passion, set to soon make an appearance on the carrier's airwaves.

The XPERIA X10, a mobile phone unveiled officially about a month ago, is now reported to be on its way to Magenta in the United States. AndroidGuys  stumbled upon a white paper from Sony Ericsson that shows two versions of the X10 being developed, one of which is expected to land on Bell, while the other should arrive at T-Mobile.

Here's what the said two variants should include in terms of network connectivity: Variant 1: UMTS HSPA 900, 1700, 2100 | GSM GPRS/EDGE 850, 900, 1800, 1900 Variant 2: UMTS HSPA 800, 850, 1900, 2100 | GSM GPRS/EDGE 850, 900, 1800, 1900 The image attached at the end of this article will show you all the necessary details.

As for the HTC Passion, this is a rumor that has all chances to remain a rumor. According to TmoNews, one of their sources said recently that T-Mobile is set to receive the long rumored Google Phone, and that this will happen within a project called 'Passion', hence the idea that HTC Passion, another long rumored device, is the handset in question.

While the rumor suggests that the Passion will come to light in the first weeks of the next year, yet there are no details on whether the phone will be a T-Mobile exclusive or not, nor on the price tag it might arrive on shelves with. The said Passion has been also rumored to be on its way to Verizon and to arrive before the end of the year, but nothing official emerged in this direction either.
