Lepa could have given its new power supplies the normal metal package, since the efficiency and output range are arguably enough to gather customers, but the company chose to go one extra mile.

The result was that the new GM and BM PSUs (launched in Europe) have the "Q-Brick" rubber frame.

Which is to say, their edges are clad in red rubber, ensuring that they never cause any noisy vibration against the metal of whatever desktop case they are installed in.

The Lepa GM and BM also benefit from durable, 135 mm Hydraulic bearing fans (almost frictionless and, thus, soundless) and semi-modular cabling.

That said, the BM series, also called MaxBron, come in 450 W, 550 W, 700 W, 800 W and 1000 W (and prices of $56.90 / €56.90 to $119.90 / €119.90), while the GM MaxGold line includes 500 W, 600 W, 700 W and 800 W models ($89.90 / €89.90 to $119.90 / €119.90).
