Canadian carrier has just announced the availability of two unlimited family plans that will be available for customers starting February 7.

The so-called “Ultimate Unlimited Family Plan” offers unlimited local talk and text to anyone, as well as unlimited Canada calling between five plan members.

The cheaper unlimited plan aimed at families starts at $95.94 per month for two lines and offers both unlimited voice and messaging. Customers can add up to three additional lines starting at $27.97 per line per month.

Those who need mobile data aside from unlimited talk and messaging can grab the $140.94 plan, which offers two lines with unlimited voice, unlimited messaging and 2GB of data to share amongst plan members.

Just like the cheaper unlimited plan, the $140.94 unlimited plan allows customers to add up to three new lines starting at $37.97 per line per month. There’s also the option to add an additional 1GB of data to be shared amongst plan members for only $10.

Whether it's a family with kids at home, away at college or a newly joined couple, Canadian families can now bring together all their smartphones and cell phones onto one wireless plan with great value from a trusted brand and a reliable network,” said John Boynton, executive vice president and chief marketing officer, Rogers Communications.

Last but not least, the unlimited family plans come with some kind of BOGO offer, as subscribers will be able to purchase an eligible device and can get up to 4 more at $0 each with a 3-year term.

Among the devices available with this offer, Rogers mentions the Samsung Galaxy S II LTE, Motorola RAZR, HTC Raider, and Nokia Lumia 710.

No longer will Canadian families have to deal with multiple call centres or bills making it easier for them to stay connected to their loved ones as much as they want to,” added Boynton.
