Players will be able to choose gender and even decide on their mother and father. In order to establish a character's appearance and starting stats, players will be required to adjust a “set of lifestyle variables.”

There's more to it, as players will be able to choose how much sleep he/she gets, or even how much they like to party and how much honest work versus illegal activity they prefer to do.

These are just a few of the variables taken into consideration when determining your character's stats, but there are many more, “essentially, you can adjust the genetics to wind up with a fresh faced lad or lass or a grizzled, haggard degenerate or anywhere in between.”
