14 DAY TRIAL // The bass player for Fall Out Boy has sort of dropped out of media attention after his split from famed singer Ashlee Simpson, but he's now making a return to headlines with a presumed pregnancy.
Pete Wentz and his model girlfriend Meagan Camper reveal through an Instagram photo that they have a little bundle of joy in their future. The photo features the couple kissing on the bed, as Pete is caressing Meagan's abdomen, in anticipation of the baby's arrival.
While there is a hint of a baby bump, the proof is given by a caption of the photo which reads “We're super excited to announce we're expecting a baby!”
Pete isn't a first time father, but he seems to be as excited for this one as he's been the first time around. The rocker also has another boy from his relationship with Ashlee Simpson, a five-year-old son named Bronx Mowgli.
After their split, Wentz was keen to start another family with his new girlfriend, and according to the Daily Mail, the couple had been planning a child for some time now. Also, the bass player is excited to offer his son Bronx a new buddy to play with.
Meagan seems to be the perfect candidate for Wentz's baby as she's said to be very maternal, as well as getting along marvelous with baby Bronx.
The couple have been dating since September 2011 and have often spoken about getting married. “We talk about [marriage] a lot. I feel really lucky. It's really interesting when you're in a relationship with somebody who's truly your best friend. I talk to her about everything,” said Wentz.
“She will tell me when I'm being not so insane, and sometimes she's like, ‘You're being a little bit insane.’ So, it's very helpful,” he continued, revealing that Camper is responsible for keeping him level.
In the meantime, former wife Ashlee Simpson is also taking big steps in her relationship with Diana Ross' son, Evan, after she's announced their engagement over New Year's in Hawaii.
