Harmonix and MTV Games have unveiled the full track list for the Nintendo DS version of their upcoming Rock Band 3, which is set to arrive on October 26 in North America.

Players will also be able to enjoy the new music simulation game on the Xbox 360, the PlayStation 3 and the Nintendo Wii, where the biggest new addition to the experience is the simulation of keyboards as an instrument.

Here are the songs players will be able to enjoy in the Nintendo DS version of Rock Band 3, separated by eras:

1960

The Doors - “Break on Through (To the Other Side)” James Brown - “I Got You" (I Feel Good) – Alternate Studio Version The Jimi Hendrix Experience - “Crosstown Traffic”

1970

The B-52’s - “Rock Lobster” Doobie Brothers - “China Grove” Foreigner - “Cold As Ice” Queen - “Bohemian Rhapsody” Yes - “Roundabout”

1980

The Cure - “Just Like Heaven” INXS - “Need You Tonight” Joan Jett - “I Love Rock N’ Roll” Night Ranger - “Sister Christian” Ozzy Osbourne - “Crazy Train” Roxette - “The Look” Whitesnake - “Here I Go Again”

1990

Faith No More - “Midlife Crisis” Jane’s Addiction - “Been Caught Stealing” Smash Mouth - “Walkin’ On The Sun”

2000

Ida Maria - “Oh My God” Metric - “Combat Baby” Paramore - “Misery Business” Phoenix - “Lasso” Rilo Kiley - “Portions for Foxes” Tokio Hotel - “Humanoid” The Vines - “Get Free” The White Stripes - “The Hardest Button to Button”

It's interesting to note that the DS version of Rock Band 3 drops some of the harder hitting rock anthems available in the versions for home console and focuses more on ever green hits, with the 1980's almost as important as the songs of the current decade.
