“Harry Potter” star Daniel Radcliffe might have moved away from his childish, schoolboy image, but he’s clearly no match for Robert Pattinson who plays the gorgeous vampire Edward in “The Twilight Saga.” When it comes to who’s the better looking man, Radcliffe knows the answer: it’s Robert, as he says in a recent interview quoted by AceShowbiz.

There is no longer any doubt that, by now, Robert Pattinson has reached the status of international heartthrob, with millions of women of all ages sighing at the sight of him. Similarly, there is no doubt that Radcliffe too has grown up to be a good looking man and, most importantly, a promising actor who is constantly trying to prove his worth by attempting to distance himself from the Harry Potter image. Still, if the hotness level of the two were ever measured, Daniel is certain that Robert would win fair and square, hands down.

Robert Pattinson literally oozes hotness, Daniel says, as cited by the aforementioned publication, whereas he wouldn’t know what to do with the hotness if it bit him by the hand. Moreover, for Pattinson, it all comes naturally so the very question of whether he’s a symbol for his generation and not only or not should not be asked in the first place. The only chance for Daniel to be considered a heartthrob would be, as he puts it jokingly, “if girls like short and nerdy,” because Pattinson “has got the height.”

This settled, that still leaves the question of Pattinson’s popularity with the girls and of whether it might actually affect his career in a negative manner. As we were also telling you the other day, the actor, currently in NYC shooting for his latest movie, “Remember Me,” is working under constant stress. Female fans have made a habit out of invading the set to see (and touch) their idol, which has prompted producers to build a special “box” for Pattinson to take his breaks in between takes so that he no longer has to travel to his trailer and run the risk of being ambushed by girls.

“It’s crazytown. There are all these girls with a lot of hormones and a lot of time on their hands. Rob’s a nice guy – he doesn’t want to disappoint people. He stops to say hello when he can, but he just can’t do it a lot. People bring him gifts, but we can’t take them – we don’t know where they’ve come from. I worked on ‘Gossip Girl’ with guys like Penn Badgley. We’d go out after work and play beer pong. Nobody would bother them. There’s no way Rob can do that. He’d be mobbed. I feel bad for him.” one of the people working on Pattinson’s security team described the situation on set.
