14 DAY TRIAL // Robert Pattinson, the young British actor who made millions of preteen girls (and some grown-up women too) cry during the “Twilight” saga, is finally moving on from Kristen Stewart, the actress that broke his trust and his heart and put an end to one of the most famous couples in showbusiness today.
The Sun is reporting that Pattinson has finally found a new girlfriend after being single ever since he split up from Stewart. Her name is FKA Twigs and she is a singer. Ok, her real name is Tahliah Barnett and it's being said that she and Robert have been going out for a month now.
The reason why we're only finding out today about this is because the two have been trying very hard to conceal their love and their relationship. This spells bad news for fans who were rooting for Rob and Kristen to get back together after she managed to cheat on him with a married man who just happened to be the director of the movie she was starring in at the time (Rupert Sanders, director of “Snow White and the Huntsman”).
Rob has been coupled with so many women during his single period that it's hard to keep track of all. The most prominent name on the list and the one that kept popping up the most was Katy Perry, who happens to be good friends with the actor but who has always maintained that they have a brother-sister relationship.
According to one insider, “He's been taking her on dates for the last month or so, and has even flown her out to stay with him in New York. He also loves going to her gigs. The main thing for Tahliah is that the relationship remains low key. She wants to be known for her music, not just as ‘Robert Pattinson's girlfriend.’”
We also find out that Tahliah is worried that once the truth is out there, she'll be constantly compared with Kristen and she doesn't want that at all.
You are going to be interested to learn more details about Rob's new girlfriend, but so far there's really not that much to tell. Once she becomes a target for tabloids, there's bound to be more saucy details about her coming up. For now, it's only been mentioned that she was a backup dancer for Kylie Minogue, Ed Sheeran and Taio Cruz but then she began pursuing her own career.
