More and more celebrities are agreeing to do the Ice Bucket Challenge and then post videos of it online, in a bid to raise awareness and money for the ALS Association, to find a cure for ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis or Lou Gehrig’s disease). Robert Pattinson also did it recently.

The Challenge means that, once you’re nominated by one of your friends, you have 24 hours to choose between pouring a bucket of ice water on your head to raise awareness, or actually donate money to the Association.

Some celebrities did only the former, but some did both. I don’t know what Pattinson did, but at least he managed to bring a new twist the now-old routine of pouring a bucket of ice water on his head.

Check out the video below to see what he did when he agreed to take the challenge but realized he didn’t have the necessary props.

Robert was nominated by Zac Efron, who also posted the video on his YouTube channel because Pattinson doesn’t have any social media accounts. He’s notoriously shy like that. In return, he nominated Guy Pearce, Mia Wasikowska, and Marilyn Manson. Will not the Ice Bucket Challenge ruin Manson’s makeup?

Let’s hope we’ll soon find out.
