Reality star Rob Kardashian, brother of the Kardashian sisters Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe, is being dragged to court by a female photographer whom he allegedly assaulted and then stole her camera in March this year.

As we also reported at the time, the incident took place as Rob was changing for gym in West Hollywood. He noticed the paparazzo lurking around, made a move for her and took her camera.

Word had it that he didn’t want to have his picture taken because he’s on a weight loss program and wanted to wait for the big official reveal.

The paparazzo claims that this is why the reality star attacked her, and not because she was violating his right to privacy.

Rob, on the other hand, told police that the photographer was trespassing on private property.

She’s denying these claims and, furthermore, is accusing Rob of assault and robbery, TMZ has learned.

“The photog says Rob, who is neck deep in a weight loss program, snatched the memory card out of the camera,” the celebrity publication writes.

“While this case is still in the preliminary stage, it is clear from our investigation that Robert Kardashian’s violent behavior and his use of force towards Ms. Vaik was completely unjustified,” Vaik’s attorney says.

Kardashian is challenging the “unjustified” part of the statement, saying that the photographer had absolutely no right to be there taking pictures.

“Rob says he lashed out because the photog trespassed onto private property to take the photos. Witnesses back Rob up, saying the photog was in the garage, hiding in her car and then making her move when Rob took his shirt off,” TMZ explains.

As of now, Rob has not addressed the claims made in the lawsuit officially. Considering that he was inside the gym when the incident happened, chances are he won’t have to because a judge will side with him.
