14 DAY TRIAL // Earlier this week, Rihanna was photographed leaving Ashton Kutcher's apartment, after a 4-hour stay for reasons yet unknown. Talk of a new romance immediately started, but a new report is now saying that the two have been a thing for weeks already.
Sources close to the star tell the British tabs that Rihanna and Ashton have been hooking up for the past 8 weeks or so, but they've been trying to keep it a secret for the obvious reasons, the Daily Mail writes.
Apparently, they met late last year, liked each other a lot and exchanged numbers – and things just evolved from there.
“The flirting began as soon as Rihanna and Ashton met and swapped numbers. That moved onto texts and arranging to meet. They snuck off to a Santa Monica hotel a few weeks ago,” an unnamed spy is cited as saying.
Even though this has been going on for the past few weeks, it's nothing serious, because neither is interested in that right now.
“They are two single people having a fling, so thought it would be best to meet in secret. Rihanna has told friends he's funny and cute. Both of them love a good time and think they're too busy for anything serious just yet,” says the spy.
For one, Ashton isn't even divorced yet (he's been married to Demi Moore for 6 years), and Rihanna is, as per her own admission, too busy with work to start a new relationship just now.
Even so, she's falling for the handsome actor, the spy believes.
“She's starting to inquire about Kabbalah sessions with his rabbi. If she and Ashton are getting really close, she wants to be able to understand it,” the insider explains.
“He's a good guy and, with all Demi's recent health problems, people have forgotten that,” says the spy about the reason he and Rihanna decided to meet in secret.
