Starring Ice Cube and Kevin Hart as two future brothers-in-law, “Ride Along” is like "Training day" minus the drama.
It is directed by Tim Story and tells the story of a high school security guard (Hart) who plans to settle down with his lady love (Tika Sumpter) but believes he needs her brother’s approval first.
As it turns out, the brother (Ice Cube) is a tough officer in the Atlanta PD and he has no intention of welcoming him into the family. So, when the security guard is finally admitted on the force, he takes him for a ride along.
The film will be out on January 17, 2014.
