Discontinued $15 iTunes gift card offer already discontinued

Earlier this weekend, a well known Apple weblog said thumbs up to reader Timothy Colburn who stumbled upon a truly sweet iPod nano offer. According to the offer, buyers of a refurbished iPod nano, between March 20th and June 30th, would benefit from a $15 iTunes gift card thrown in as a bundle. Thing is, the promotion has apparently been discontinued.

Now, we're going to post the ordering instructions for the special order anyway, just in case the deal goes back up again. As for the terms and conditions, you might as well give those a look later on, when you know you can actually benefit from this offer (the real reason is that they're quite lengthy and not everyone likes to read blocks of useless text in a piece of news):

"Ordering more than one refurbished iPod nano?

To order more than one iPod nano of the same color and capacity:

1. On the main product selection page, select the refurbished iPod nano you want and click continue. 2. Add the $15 gift card on the next page. 3. To order more of the refurbished iPod model you selected, click "Edit your cart." 4. Change the quantity of the iTunes Gift Card to the desired quantity of refurbished iPods, then click the "Update Subtotal" button. The quantity of refurbished iPods will update to match the quantity of iTunes Gift Cards. 5. Proceed through the checkout process."

If you want to order more than one iPod nano and of different colors and capacities at that, you'll need to create a separate order for each color/capacity, and, of course, then repeat the steps listed above. Apple notes that "this is the only way to ensure that that you'll get a free $15 iTunes Gift Card with each refurbished iPod nano."

This one was short lived, wasn't it? All is not lost though. No, we have refurb nano rumors on our hands.
