Rumored two weeks ago, the red version of AT&T's HTC Inspire 4G is now available for purchase via RadioShack.

The major retailer has the red Inspire 4G on sale for only $29.99 with a new two-year AT&T agreement and $15/month plus data feature.

Those who want to avoid being tied down by a long-term contract will have to pay $549.99 upfront for the HTC Inspire 4G.

It appears that this Shack's deal is part of a larger Memorial Day sale, so customers should hurry up as this is a time-limited offer.

On related news, Amazon is another major retailer that axed the phone's price and is now offering the HTC Inspire 4G for the same $29.99 price, but it seems that it lacks the red variant of the smartphone.

The HTC Inspire 4G is currently available for purchase via AT&T for $99.99 with a new two-year agreement.

The handset is equipped with a 1GHz Qualcomm MSM8255 Snapdragon processor, complemented by an Adreno 205 GPU (graphics processing unit) and runs Android 2.2 (Froyo).

It comes with a large 4.3-inch S-LCD capacitive touchscreen with 16 million colors support and 480 x 800 pixels resolution, which makes the Inspire 4G a massive device.

When it comes to connectivity, the Inspire 4G is an all-rounder, as it is fully capable of HSDPA 14.4 Mbps and HSUPA 5.76 Mbps, and offers users a wide range of connectivity options: Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, DLNA function, Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP and EDR support, as well as GPS with A-GPS support.

The phone packs 4 GB on internal memory, 768 MB RAM, and microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 32GB, 8GB included).

It also boasts an 8-megapixel camera with autofocus, dual-LED flash, face detection and camcorder (720p).

The Inspire 4G is powered by a standard Li-Ion 1230 mAh battery, rated for 372 hours of standby mode or 6 hours of talk time.
