To make 'triple A titles that will be a true reflection of the Red Bull Energy Drink brand'

Here's something that you don't hear every day: developer FreeStyleGames has teamed up with Red Bull Energy Drink, to come up with a video game title (probably similar to the breakdancing simulator, B-Boy). More than that, to make sure that they make themselves heard, Chris Lee of FreeStyleGames assure future fans that they are not looking to make cheap cash-in titles.

"This partnership goes way beyond the in-game advertising deals seen in videogames to date, says Lee as I found posted on 1UP today. "It's important to stress that we're working hand in hand to co-develop and design compelling, triple A titles that will be a true reflection of the Red Bull Energy Drink brand, as well as great, original gaming experiences in their own right."

As the same site reports, FreeStyleGames has developed just one game, the above mentioned breakdancing simulator B-Boy. However, some may not know (probably more than some) that Red Bull was already involved in the creation of that game, even though it was Sony Computer Entertainment Europe, who published it.

No details on what Red Bull actually brought for the title, but given that it's a fairly good one, we can all expect the same in the future. North America is lined up to get it this fall, while Europeans are already spinning on their heads or doing those windmill, swipe, and flare moves that breakers should be familiar with.

However, anything extreme could be in order from Red Bull and FreeStyleGames. After all, they want to achieve "triple A titles that will be a true reflection of the Red Bull Energy Drink brand," so flying is most likely going to be in the title, whatever the platform(s) it's going to be released on. Need I spell it out for you? "Red Bull gives you wings!" What? You've never had one? Go get one, see what happens!

How many do you reckon actually went to the store to get themselves a Red Bull and see if they can levitate?
