14 DAY TRIAL // Lindsay Lohan’s docuseries Lindsay turned into a ratings disaster (and a PR disaster too, for both her and Oprah Winfrey, who produced and distributed it on the OWN network), but she’s still promoting it. On Alan Carr a few days ago, Lindsay was asked point-blank when the last time she had a drink was.
As you can see in the first video embedded below, she couldn’t answer the question, and tried to pull the “I don’t remember” card by saying it was a very long time ago, too long to remember.
Now, here’s this: Lindsay Lohan is a self-confessed alcoholic, who went to rehab because she wanted to get sober. In this interview, not only does she try to downplay the reasons she checked into rehab (namely that the program was court-mandated and that she had already said she wanted to kick the addiction) by saying she wanted some “time off” for herself, but she also seems to be lying about drinking.
“I don’t know – a long amount of time. I mean there was a point on the show when I was in a relationship with someone and I like had a drink and I freaked out and didn’t want to say anything on the show as I didn’t know how that would come across and I was just scared,” she says.
“And that’s when it kind of hit home that I was doing a docuseries, and I was like you know what, I’m honest and I’m open and I’ve never really hid anything, unfortunately there are some things I would’ve like to have kept hidden have been out there,” Lohan continues.
Because most recovering alcoholics would point exactly the number of months, days, hours, and minutes since their last drink, many think this video proves beyond any doubt that Lindsay is lying about her rehab because she still boozes it up on the regular.
If she is, then this would confirm rumors that have been making the rounds for a few weeks, about how she’s fallen off the wagon again and is not even trying that hard to keep her boozing a secret anymore. She, of course, insists there’s no truth to them, saying people are just mean and hating on her for no reason.
Check out the video and make up your mind about who to believe. The second video is of Lindsay “teaching” Carr how to pole-dance. This new hobby of hers was shown on the docuseries, which would explain why Carr had the pole set up in the studio when he had her over.
