Cool sports watch maker Reactor has recently announced a brand new range of watches, aimed at the action sports daredevils. They should jump around for joy when seeing them.

The first addition in the company's portfolio was dubbed "Graviton". The device is a "tough-looking" digital "beast", dedicated to all water-sports fans out there.

Regarding its specs, Gizmag has done some research on that, and found out that the watch features a pre-programmed database, which is said to offer information for 275 worldwide different locations; however, there is no word on the exact places. In addition, according to the company, the new watches adhere to six key attributes that Reactor likes to call the "DNA" of the brand.

This practically reveals from the fact that all its cases and bracelets are solid 316L stainless steel, not to mention they all have screw-in crowns with crown guards. Unbreakable stuff? To add some hi-fi flavour, the bracelet/case interface has a stainless steel screw bar attached. There is even a Swiss Superluminova on markers and hands, as well as a forged case back and secure folding clasps on all metal bracelets.

The "Graviton" is a cool gizmo for the ones that like combining new with old and traditional with high tech. It is said to be aimed at boaters, divers and fishermen, but Reactor's officials claim the Graviton is the "world's most technically advanced tide watch" . Still, why would a fisherman want to wear such a dandy accessory? Wait, I imagine fish coming closer to see the watch. And sure I can see Vin Diesel going fishing with his Reactor!

According to Gizmag, the watch combines analog and digital displays with its "dual-mode analog-digital (ana-dig) design", so it basically allows the LCD to be turned completely off, making the watch look and function like a standard analog model. Pretty cool, huh? A simple press of any button reactivates the LCD screen offering digital time info, but also some other features like alarms and a 1/100th second chronograph, for boating, of course.

Besides that, if set on tide mode, the Reactor watch nicely displays the precise times of the next two hi-lo tide cycles. But the best part is that it can even be used to view tide info for any date up to 10 years in the future, while a graph also displays whether the current tide is rising or falling, and shows relative tide height. The Graviton is said to be depth-rated at a top of 200M/660 feet, says Gizmag.

If you want to buy one of these babies, save 300 bucks and order it online.
