Former sister in law makes very serious allegations on Dr. Drew

After initially saying she had no plans to go on the record with the name of the person she considered responsible for Whitney Houston's death, Leolah Brown, Bobby Brown's sister and Whitney's former sister in law, is now pointing the finger at Ray J.

In a new interview with Dr. Drew, which you can see below in full, Leolah makes a series of very bad allegations about Ray J, who has been Whitney's good friend for many years.

Leolah's comments come shortly after the Coroner's Office announced that the singer died because of cocaine use and a bad heart, accidentally drowning in her bathtub.

She claims Ray J was definitely not Whitney's friend – let alone her boyfriend as he's been telling people.

He was actually her drug supplier, her runner boy, who would run drug errands for her, like carry the money and fetch the drug

Leolah even hints that she suspects Ray J of removing all traces of cocaine from the scene of the crime when he went into the hotel room and saw Whitney dead in the bathtub.

“When I first seen this and saw the news, and I saw, I'm sorry, please excuse me, I just have to come out and say this. I saw Ray J coming out of the hotel, hiding his head, being pushed into the car... Why?” Leolah asks.

“I looked and I said, 'Why is he hiding? Why is he hiding his face?' He's always trying to show his face when he's around Whitney. Why now? Why are you trying to hide now, Ray J?” she continues.

“And I put it altogether. When I first heard that she passed away I said, 'My God, somebody gave her a bad bag.' Yes, I promise you. That was the first thing that came out of my mouth,” Leolah further says.

Bobby Brown's sister even insists that everybody around Whitney knew that Ray J was her runner boy but, for some reason, no one stepped in to save her from self-destruction.

Ray J has already responded to these very serious allegations. In a statement to E! News, he says he wasn't even in town when Whitney died, and points out that Leolah had not been in contact with the singer for years, therefore she could not have known any detail about her personal life.

“Though Leolah Brown was nowhere near the Beverly Hilton hotel on the day Whitney Houston died, [HLN's parent company] CNN proceeded to broadcast an interview with Ms. Brown in which she falsely claimed that Ray J was at the hotel and contributed to Whitney Houston’s death,” reads the statement.

“Even the most minimal inquiry with anyone actually in contact with Whitney would reveal that Leolah Brown had been out of contact with Whitney for more than a year and was nowhere near the scene on the day of her death,” it adds.
