Rainbow Moon fans will now be able to experience the game on their PlayStation Vita consoles as it has been officially announced for this December.

The title was first released for PlayStation 3 last year and after that, numerous gamers asked the developers if they were thinking of making it available for Vita as well. Therefore, since the demand was so high, they decided to begin working on a PS Vita port.

Newcomers will be happy to know that the team behind Rainbow Moon decided to make a trailer for them to show what to expect from the PS Vita version.

The developers have been aiming to use their own engine “to ensure a solid 60 FPS and robust game with little to no loading times.” As such, after numerous months of hard work, they have managed to get things done and announce the release date, December 4.

Moreover, since the feedback received until now was so good, they incorporated over 30 new features, improvements, as well as bug fixes in the Vita version. Even so, the biggest addition is certainly Cross-Save. It gives players the possibility to continue the progress made on their Vita to PS3 and vice-versa.

One should know that this also applies to existing Rainbow Moon saves, so players shouldn't worry about losing any progress.

Furthermore, items are now available directly from the quest vendor and the left stick control has been improved as well. By doing this, the chance of walking in unintended directions while in battle mode has been reduced.

In case you do not already own a PS Vita, there is no need for concern. All of the above improvements will be incorporated in the patch for the PS3 version starting next month.

Users that want to keep themselves updated should follow the game's official Facebook page as well as the Rainbow Moon website.
