While she’s still in a rehabilitation facility, Demi Lovato continues to make headlines, for other things than her music. A new series of private photos, that she took last summer on tour, have emerged online – and they put her in a rather bad light.

Reps for the Disney star have repeatedly denied that her problems, for which she’s now seeking treatment, are in any way related to drug or alcohol abuse or addiction but, as it happens, the rumors won’t go away.

These recent shots that have popped up online won’t help with the cause either, as they portray Demi as a party girl who probably wouldn’t say no to a drink or even a line, word in the blogosphere has it.

Radar Online has the pics – and it describes them as “racy” because they show Demi pulling down on her top to reveal her cleavage while she’s being photographed.

Apparently, either she or one of the girls in the shots uploaded them on Twitter, which means it could only take so long until they eventually made headlines, which is precisely what happened.

“Though the 18-year-old is currently in a treatment center for ‘physical and emotional issues’ following her physical attack on dancer Alex Welch, the pair seemed closer than ever in these snaps obtained by RadarOnline.com which show a scantily clad Lovato posing provocatively with a group of friends, including Welch,” the e-zine writes.

“Lovato is seen pulling down her top to reveal a lacy bra as her female pals ogle at her breasts and take photos,” Radar further says. In other photos, Demi is seen leaning towards one of her friends, tongue out, as if to kiss her.

Welch, as we also informed you a short while ago, is considering legal action against Demi for an incident that occurred shortly before she went to rehab at the beginning of last month.

According to the dancer, who is also a friend of Demi’s, the star stood up from her seat on a private jet, came to her and punched her so hard she was thrown out of her seat.

Welch is seeking undisclosed damages for assault, battery and mental stress – as well as an apology from Demi herself.
