Seeking to give even people with less than massive money reserves a good cooler for their CPU, Raijintek has released the RHEA.

The newcomer is pretty small, but still has direct-contact heatpipes (three) and a PWM fan with adjustable speed (800 to 2,200 RPM, 27.9 dBA noise level).

Intel LGA 1150/1155/1156 processors are supported by the product. So, sorry AMD fans, I suppose.

The newcomer measures 93 x 59 x 118 mm / 3.66 x 2.32 x 4.64 inches and has an aluminum heatsink and base (through which the direct-contact heatpipes pass).

Sadly, Raijintek did not say what the price of this thing was. Given the lack of LEDs or any other embellishments though, it should be as low as the company implied. Maybe a couple dozen bucks or so.
