UK residents to benefit from its services

I was thinking a while back whether a search engine for any kind of product in the world would be something beneficial and I came to the idea that it's most likely not a good idea, as at some point there would be needed a search engine that would search for the search engine that would help you most, and that's just a waste of time and resources.

The Search Engine launched today for helping house-hunters find their ideal property. Globrix claims to have listed so far hundreds of thousands of properties in the United Kingdom and that it updates its database by searching all the estate agents' websites for new properties automatically and on a regular basis. Not bad for a startup, to go in strong from the beginning!

Daniel Lee, the Chief Executive Officer of Globrix, said that "If you're looking for a home you want to know you're seeing all of the places available that fit your criteria." It doesn't charge estate agents a fee for listing the properties on the web site and it offers the users the option to use criteria, such as proximity, to rail and tube stations, as the announcement said. That's not half bad at all, I'm thinking that they could go worldwide with this search engine, the only problem that I see ahead of them is that it's going to be pretty rough to advertise the site as much as it appears to deserve.

"Our site does just that - like Google it provides an impartial search service. It's easy to use and with the wide range of search criteria available you've got a better chance of finding what you want", Lee also mentioned.

What I liked about it is the simplicity in design and the colors that it uses, probably because I'm fed up with the white Google feeds me every time I use it, and because that was a nice change of pace. Also, the suggestions function is up and running, and that too makes it worth your while to check it out at least.
