14 DAY TRIAL // With so many months to go until the day when “Prometheus” arrives in theaters, promotion for it has already kicked into a higher gear. Above is a TED talk Guy Pearce gave – in 2023.
In Ridley Scott's “Alien” prequel, “Prometheus,” Pearce plays Sir Peter Weyland of Weyland Corp., which eventually becomes Weyland-Yutani, which plays a major part in the “Alien” series.
The video above wasn't directed by Scott (but he did oversee it), but it's perfect in terms of casting some light on how the plot, closely kept under wraps so far, might play out.
We're not going to spoil it for you – so just check it out, it's epic, especially if you're a fan of the franchise.
“Prometheus” will be out in June this year, and includes appearances from Michael Fassbender, Charlize Theron, Rooney Mara, Guy Pearce and Patrick Wilson.
