The idea of being able to video advertisements playing right on the shop you're about to enter seem to be quite an interesting one, and this is exactly the reason why Stratacache has developed the PrimaSee.

The PrimaSee solution was recently showcased at the EuroShop show and enables shop-owners to provide their customers with an enhanced, more entertaining shopping experience.

And that's because what we're dealing with here is a translucent digital display capable of showcasing HD video embedded right within the glass panel, related (or not, depending on the user's choice) to the products being showcased within the shop-window.

While the company has not really provided sufficient tech details regarding the technical specs of the PrimaSee display solution, they do inform us that it's running the STRATACACHE’s ActiVia for Media software, that enables users to easily manage and monitor the various marketing messages running on it.

It's quite clear that the PrimaSee solution is capable of providing quite a huge level of awareness for one's products, if properly combined with some clever marketing movies.

For example, we'd envision such a solution being particularly useful within supermarkets, where each company will be able to advertise its own products on their specifically assigned shelves, or within video game stores, where gamers would actually be able to view trailers and demos of their favorite titles running directly on the shop windows.

And although adults might have a tougher time getting accustomed to seeing a funny face pop up in the screen in front of them, kids will certainly have a blast.

Stratacache has not yet provided any specific pricing details for their PrimaSee, but we're pretty sure that such information won't really become available for the general public, given the rather restrictive nature of this product, that targets mostly advertising agencies and their specialized installers.
