With a single contract, Microsoft's enterprise customers around the world will be able from now on to access the combination of Services Premier Support and Dynamics Services. According to the Redmond company, the purpose of the initiative is to make available to customers personalized services that bundle by default the best of the two worlds: Premier and Dynamics. Premier Support is an integer part of Microsoft's Health and Support, and in this sense, it delivers nothing more than personalized and pre-packaged assistance. Dynamics is essentially a management solution designed to help customers deal with financial translations, customer interaction and supply chain issues.

"This is a logical step for Microsoft to take as Microsoft Dynamics products become more widely accepted in the enterprise market," said Tom Kucharvy, senior vice president of Ovum Summit. "Customers want to limit the number of required contracts, minimize points of contact and generally simplify processes. Microsoft is responding to these needs."

"We're excited about the integration of the Microsoft Dynamics proactive services into Premier," said Sean Jazayeri, general manager of Enterprise Business Solutions at Avanade. "This will enable us to provide our enterprise customers worldwide with the best services Microsoft has to offer. We've experienced firsthand the high level of confidence and satisfaction that Premier drives with the customer when Microsoft Premier is backing our organization."

The Redmond company revealed that customers with Dynamics enterprise resource planning (ERP) and Dynamics CRM solutions will have immediate access to the Premier Support with Dynamics Services. Via Premier, Microsoft's enterprise customers segment can make sure that the company is delivering them the most comprehensive package of services, set up to cover their entire environment. In this manner, the company informed that proactive services, reactive support assistance and support account management are all available to Dynamics customers. This of course was not possible before the integration of Premier and Dynamics.
