BlackBerry Q10 went on pre-order at various carriers and retailers in the UK earlier this month and the phone is expected to hit shelves by the end of the month.

Those who are still looking for the best BlackBerry Q10 deal may want to take into consideration Phones4u’s promotional offer, which will probably not be available for long.

The UK-based retailer offers a BlackBerry PlayBook table to each customer that pre-orders the BlackBerry Q10 smartphone.

Obviously, there’s a catch, as the promotional deal only applies to the first 300 pre-orders, so those who don’t mind getting a free PlayBook along with their BlackBerry Q10 may want to head over to Phones4u online site.

BlackBerry Q10 is available from free on select plans at Vodafone, Orange and EE (Everything Everywhere).

It is also worth mentioning that the retailer also offers 3 months of free Wi-Fi, but it’s unclear whether or not this deal applies to the first 300 pre-orders as well.

According to Phones4u, customers who pre-order the BlackBerry Q10 will receive it in 4-5 weeks. In fact, the retailer states it will ship orders received today in about one month.

The Q10 will be available in both black and white colors and will ship with the latest version of BlackBerry 10 operating system out of the box.

Hardware-wise, BlackBerry Q10 is equipped with a 1.5 GHz dual-core TI OMAP 4470 processor, a PowerVR SGX544 graphics processing unit and 2GB of RAM.

Unlike the full-touch BlackBerry Z10, the Q10 comes with a 3.1-inch Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display that supports 720 x 720 pixels resolution, as well as a full QWERTY keyboard.

The smartphone also packs an enhanced 8-megapixel photo snapper on the back, which features autofocus, LED flash and full HD (1080p) video recording. A secondary 2-megapixel front-facing camera for video calls is included, as well.
