It's GodTube, who else?

It's been a while since somebody said that the meek shall inherit the Earth, and I'm thinking that they are still waiting for that to happen, that is in case they haven't started spending their succession rights beforehand, case in which paying back will totally be a bitch.

GodTube is an imitation of YouTube that only deals with (surprise!) religion-related videos and sermons, prayers submitted by users and so on and so forth, beating around the bush in the same religious manner that has been around for millennia. Not that I blame or scorn at any of it, after all whoever is browsing the site doesn't do it just for laughs or just to feel superior to the true believers, they got there because it is or was a time when divine help was utterly needed, and it probably helped them get through a bad time.

GodTube rolled out a page today that wants to be similar to the Jerusalem Western Wall or The Kotel, as it is also known, but for Christians. Users registered on GodTube can submit their prayers and they will appear as written on the online "wall", as you can see in the picture on the left. You, as an outsider or as another fellow registered user, can light one of the seven candles on the wall (although I have noticed that if you are persistent enough, you can light all those that have virtually blown out) or comment on the prayers submitted by others. The latter is only available after registration, which seems like something that ought not be, faith shouldn't have anything in common with that.

If you feel this might help you, be sure to give it a try, because that is what it is all about, the belief that someone up there cares about you and watches over you.
