14 DAY TRIAL // If they’re not getting divorced or fighting like cats and dogs (and implicitly head towards divorce), Portia De Rossi and wife Ellen DeGeneres are having a baby. A surprise but long-delayed pregnancy is also being touted on the cover of the current issue of a US weekly, so Portia addressed it on her appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
She was there to promote “Scandal,” so naturally, Ellen asked her about that too. She even manages to get confirmation on which is the character to die next on the hit TV series, but you’ll have to watch the video below to find out all about that.
Speaking of videos, the first one is of Portia and Ellen openly discussing the pregnancy rumor (sorry, they’re not expecting a child, but when they do, it’s not realistic to assume we’ll find out about it in the tabloids).
The second one is of Ellen grilling Portia on “Scandal” spoilers, in between mildly reproaching her that she should ditch the annoying habit of leaving her socks or her nightie on the side of the bed when she leaves for work in the morning.
The third one is of Portia doing her bit for charity: for some days now, Ellen and Ulta Beauty have been raising money for breast cancer research, with the company donating $10,000 (€7,906) for every celebrity that Ellen manages to dunk in the giant water tank she had set up specifically for this purpose.
Because she had Portia on the show, Ellen also asked her to take part in this charity campaign, so the actress ditched her shoes and did it – and probably ruined her designer dress in the process, because she didn’t take it off beforehand.
