14 DAY TRIAL // By the looks of it, everyone is getting a taste of the gaming industry, including big names publications like The Independent British newspaper. They have published a list of what they claim to be the top twenty best selling video games franchises of all time.
Gamasutra brings us the word and full list. Mario is the top seller, but the classification includes some surprising game titles, which you could have never expected to see in the top 20 selling game of all time. The list goes a little something like this:

Surprising, isn't it? Considering that Mario was released over 20 years ago, you might be surprised to find relatively "young" games like Pokemon and Madden NFL trailing behind.
