14 DAY TRIAL // Sony has just detailed a few of the surprises it has in store for PlayStation Plus subscribers this holiday season, including a beta invite into DC Universe Online, as well as massive discounts on downloadable titles or full game trials.
First off, PlayStation Plus members will be able to jump into the beta stage of DC Universe Online, the newest multiplayer online game from Sony Online Entertainment that features popular DC Comics characters, ranging from Superman or Batman to the Flash or Wonder Woman.
An exact date for when the beta invites are sent has yet to be revealed, but Sony promises that it won't be long until players can create their own heroes or villains and fight alongside famous DC characters.
Next up, those that have yet to try Gearbox Software's extremely impressive Borderlands stylized first person shooter will be able to enjoy a full game trial, which will arrive on December 21 for free.
A special PlayStation minis game will also be available on that same day, as A Space Shooter For 2 Bucks will be given for free to all PlayStation Plus members.
Besides the titles mentioned above, Sony will also be holding discounts for many classic NeoGeo titles, including the iconic Metal Slug or King of Fighters, as well as another price cut for Battlefield 1943.
