Quite a lot of characters and plenty of levels are now public

Quite a lot of characters and stages from Sony’s upcoming PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale fighting game have been leaked on the web, apparently from one of the closed beta stages, and basically reveal everything that has yet to be announced about the game.

PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale is Sony’s answer to Nintendo’s Super Smash Bros. series and will feature all sorts of video game characters, ranging from Sony-exclusive ones, like Nathan Drake or Kratos, to third-party fighters, like the Big Daddy from BioShock series.

In order to keep fans interested in the game, Sony has been slowly revealing the characters that will be included in Battle Royale’s roster.

Sadly for the company, many of them have just been leaked on the part, via NeoGAF, as forum members uncovered files from a supposed closed beta stage of PlayStation All-Stars and managed to extract images with quite a lot of fighters.

These characters include:

Dante from DmC: Devil May Cry Cole MacGrath from the Infamous series Ratchet from the Ratchet & Clank series Raiden from the Metal Gear Solid series Sackboy from the LittleBigPlanet games Sir Daniel Fortesque from MediEvil Heihachi Mishima from the Tekken series Toro, PlayStation marketing icon in Japan Nariko from Heavenly Sword Jak from the Jak & Daxter series Spike from the Ape Escape games Apparently, Cole MacGrath is present in two versions, a Good and an Evil one, although it’s unclear what will differentiate the two, besides a few visual tweaks.

These new characters join existing fighters:

Colonel Radec from the Killzone series Fat Princess from Fat Princess Kratos from the God of War series Nathan Drake from the Uncharted series Parappa the Rapper from the Parappa the Rapper games Sly Cooper from the Sly Cooper games Sweet Tooth from the Twisted Metal series What’s more, quite a few stages from the game have also been leaked, including environments from franchises like Uncharted, Infamous, BioShock Infinite, or Resistance, so check them out below:

Expect to hear some official news as we get closer to the launch of PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale in October.
