PS3 mouse and keyboard soon

I had serious doubts about delivering this story but here goes. Even if the PS3 has just been launched in the US and Japan and European gamers are still waiting for it, some are already questioning Sony about the PS4.

Smarthouse.com reports that the PS4 will come in 2010, quoting the Vice President of Technology for Sony Computer Entertainment Europe, Paul Holman. They also report that Sony plans to release a series of firmware upgrades that will give the PS3 more media center capability. This series of firmware upgrades will also allow Sony to introduce third party applications and hardware.

Now to explain why I had doubts whether or not I should report this. In the titles, they say the PS4 will come in 2010: "PS4 In 2010 Claims Sony. Major PS3 Upgrades in Between", and in the middle of the article they quote Paul Holman who says:" To say that there will be no PS4 because of management change is a bit far fetched".

Now tell me what to believe. The title or the article? I know that everybody tends to make news articles' titles more spectacular so that they'll get much more attention but to go as far as to bend the truth in such in manner is quite disappointing.

In the rest of the long article posted on smarthouse.com there is no further mention of the PS4, but a few information on the European and Australian PS3 launches. Another interesting piece of information revealed in the material is that in the future, the PS3 could come with a keyboard and mouse in the near future.

I don't know what to make of this story, so judge for yourself by clicking here.
