46-year-old Roger Brown from Clay County, who is both disabled and diabetic, needed urgent medical attention after waking up one morning to find that he was missing two of his toes.

Oddly enough, the man's toes were no longer where they were supposed to be not because he had been sleepwalking and had somehow stepped on a chainsaw, but because his pet pit bull had devoured them.

The 6-month-old pup chewed off the man's pinky, his big toe and a considerable chunk of the actual foot, sources say.

Roger Brown suspects that Bo simply could not resist sinking his teeth into his foot after catching a sniff of the diabetes-related wounds and blisters he had on this part of his body.

Following the incident, the pit bull was placed in isolation. The 46-year-old man says that he has absolutely no intention to euthanize him.

However, he will make sure Bo gets a thorough check up, just to rule out rabies and some other illnesses.
