Pink returned to The Ellen DeGeneres Show last night, to catch up with host Ellen on her life and what her daughter with husband Carey Hart, Willow, has been doing. She also shared a funny story about how Willow learned to drop F-bombs – and it’s getting a lot of attention online right now.

You will find Pink’s account of what happened in the first video embedded below. The second one is like a bonus, of Pink getting the scare of a lifetime when a man in a giant spider (bug?) costume walks up behind her as she’s telling Ellen all about her experience on a cooking show.

Pink’s comments on Willow’s F-bomb have been causing quite a heated debate online and on social media, because she seems amused that a 3-year-old would use this word that is frowned upon even when used by adults.

Apparently, critics’ biggest gripe is that kids tend to absorb everything they hear around them like a sponge so, if Willow said it, then she must have heard it from either her or Carey. The last thing Pink should be doing is laugh, but rather pay attention to this incident and be more cautious with her vocabulary around her daughter in the future.

“But it’s so cute,” Pink laughs. “I mean, I’m not encouraging it but come on it’s like this little three year old body and…”

In her defense, she does say that her method of dealing with Willow’s potty mouth is to pretend she doesn’t hear her because she doesn’t want her to think she’s making a fuss about her use of the word, and thus encourage it.
