The pink-themed Galaxy S II has just made its debut in the UK, though he phone was expected to arrive in stores only next month.

UK-based retailer Carphone Warehouse officially confirmed on its blog that the pink flavor of the Galaxy S II would be available “in the week commencing February 13” for about £439.99 (685 USD or 525 EUR).

However, Carly Page from SoMobile has just found out that the pink Galaxy S II has just gone live at Unlocked-Mobiles retailer for £445.97 (695 USD or 530 EUR) outright.

The phone’s sales package comprises a Samsung charger, a Stereo headset, a USB cable and a 24-month warranty card. Unfortunately, there’s no mention of any microSD memory cards, which should have been included in the package.

Usually, the Galaxy S II comes with an 8GB microSD memory card in the sales package, though this might be a small mistake coming from the retailer who forgot to list it on its website.

Other than that the pink Galaxy S II comes with the same specs as the standard black and white versions, which are already available for purchase.

One of the most popular Android smartphones launched on the market, the Galaxy S II is powered by Google’s Gingerbread, but it has been confirmed for an Ice Cream Sandwich upgrade in Q1 2012, along with other Galaxy family devices.

The phone is equipped with a mildly powerful 1.2 GHz dual-core Exynos processor, complemented by a Mali-400MP graphics processing unit. The phone packs 16GB internal memory, 1GB of RAM and microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 32GB).

On the back, there’s an enhanced 8-megapixel camera with autofocus, LED flash and full HD (1080p) video recording, while in the front there’s a secondary 2-megapixel camera for video calls and self-portraits.
