Samsung’s Galaxy Note ‘phablet’ is already one of the most popular phones in the Galaxy family, which is why the South Korean handset maker decided to launch different color versions.

The pink-themed Galaxy Note was already launched on the market last month, but it’s only available in South Korea.

Well, it appears that Samsung plans to make it available worldwide, as UK-based retailer Carphone Warehouse has just added the pink Galaxy Note on its “Coming Soon” page.

According to the retailer, the smartphone is expected to arrive in the UK sometime in June, though we’re not sure if other carriers or authorized sellers in the country will offer the pink Galaxy Note as well.

There are no pricing options attached to the smartphone yet, but we can safely assume that customers will be able to grab this one for the same price as the black variant.

When it comes to specs, it looks like Carphone Warehouse will be shipping the pink Galaxy Note with Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system on board, though Samsung already made the promised Ice Cream Sandwich update available for download.

This may be a simple mistake that will be corrected by the time the phone goes live, or the pink Galaxy Note will indeed be delivered with Gingerbread onboard, but owners will be able to immediately upgrade the software to Android 4.0.

Aside from that the smartphone comes packed with Samsung’s Exynos dual-core processor clocked at 1.4 GHz, 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory, which can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD card.

The phone’s huge 5.3-inch Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display supports 800 x 1280 pixels resolution, and features Corning Gorilla Glass coating for extra protection.

Those who wish to be notified on any info regarding the Samsung Galaxy Note in pink should head over to Carphone Warehouse’s pre-registration’s page.
