Singer bounces back to shape after pregnancy, says it was no easy task

Pink has a new album to promote but, as her cover for this month’s issue of Shape can confirm, that’s not all she’s been doing these days. The singer has lost all the weight she gained while pregnant with her first child and, trust us, it’s no small feat.

Last year, when she was expecting, Pink did not refuse herself anything in terms of treats.

She gained 55 pounds (24.9 kg) but did not regret a second of it because she gave birth to a beautiful, healthy baby girl.

However, going back to work – on her new album, “The Truth About Love,” – also meant going back to the gym to work out.

“I ate a lot of cheesecake during those nine months. Also anything sour, Sour Skittles, Sour Patch Kids, Key Lime Pie…,” she says for Shape, as cited by Inquisitr.

She’s now almost fully vegan, with the exception of those rare occasions when she’s craving fish or chicken.

She’s also working out regularly, making sure she maintains her new, incredibly fit figure, but also getting stronger for her upcoming live performances and tour.

Just recently, Pink released a brand new video, for “Try,” her second single off the album.

Besides showcasing some incredible – and incredibly passionate – dance moves, the video also left no doubt as to the artist’s physical condition.

We’d use the term “ripped” in reference to Pink but that would sound a bit too masculine but, for the record, she’s in hot shape. The video is embedded below, if visual confirmation is needed.

The photo attached to this article serves the same purpose: dressed in a flimsy top and black knickers, Pink is pulling on the top to show off her washboard abs, while smiling brightly for the camera.

With a body likes hers, there’s no reason not to smile.
