Picture of the Day: Polar Bear Thinks He's Ugly, Wears a Traffic Cone on His Head

An 8-month-old polar bear living at Brno Zoo in the Czech Republic is so convinced he's ugly, he never shows his face in public.

Whenever he wants to go swimming in his outside enclosure, Nanuk wears a traffic cone on his head. Check out the picture above if you don't believe me.

Having a cone on your head is bound to make swimming a bit more complicated than it is supposed to be. Still, Nanuk doesn't seem to care about anything else except staying clear of the public eye.

Fear not, I'm just joking. This polar bear loves and adores his looks, and he only ended up sporting a traffic cone on his head while playing with it in the water, HuffPost reports.

Visitors to the zoo say that, as far as they could tell, Nanuk was having the time of his life, and simply loved chewing on his toy.
