It's winter where I'm from, so I can only dream about how cool it would be to lie in the sun and enjoy a mud bath every once in a while.

OK, I would be a tad reluctant about getting myself all covered up in mud at first, but show me this picture of a hippo mom and her calf doing nothing except chilling one more time and all my doubts would be gone.

The picture was taken at Werribee Open Range Zoo in Australia not very long ago, Zoo Borns reports.

In case you haven't figured it out just yet, the baby hippo featured in it is still very young. In fact, it appears that it was born at this facility on November 18.

Vets estimate that it now weights somewhere between 44 and 88 pounds (20 to 40 kilograms). However, once it reaches adulthood, it will tip the scale at about two tons.
