The problems should be repaired soon

A few days ago, the Adobe Photoshop CS3 consumes were complaining there is an error in their application which makes the printing process pretty buggy. John Nack, Photoshop product manager at Adobe, published a blog post a few days ago to let the consumers know the company is currently working on the issue and a patch should be released soon. In fact, I'm not sure this problem can be called a bug since Adobe's intentions were to simplify the printing process and to add interoperability between the Windows and the Mac versions.

"We know that many people have been unhappy with printing from Photoshop CS3 (overwhelmingly on Windows), and we've been working on changes that will make things work better," John Nack admitted on his blog. "Unfortunately the process isn't as quick as we'd like, given the sheer number of hardware, printer driver, and operating system combinations. We've made some changes & will be issuing an update to Photoshop CS3, but it's not quite ready to be shared with the world at large."

Adobe is now working to fix the problem and, if you're one of the affected customers, send an email to John in order to register for the patch. After the fix is officially released, you're required to test it and let the company know if it can be sent to all the consumers.

"If, however, you're experiencing printing problems & would like to test the current code, please drop me a note. I'll then ask our pre-release coordinator to send you an invitation, after which you can download the latest build and send us your feedback."

Until Adobe patches Photoshop CS3 there's not much to do but wait. Maybe you want to accept Adobe's apologies? "I'm sorry that things have been more painful than they should be, and I hope this process helps get fixes into the hands of those who need them," John ends the message posted on the blog.
