Adobe Photoshop CC is a complex image editing application that seems impossible to master all by yourself. To get to know the program better you can check out the numerous tutorials found on the web, but to truly learn all of its insights you should follow the extensive classes presented by Photoshop professionals.

With each version of Photoshop, Adobe adds, besides new elements and bug fixes, a series of small features requested by users, which the Flash maker calls JDIs (Just Do It). The latest Photoshop CC 14.2 update makes no exception, and Train Simple has posted a video on its YouTube page to show you exactly what new JDIs have been added.

Among these new features we can find the possibility to unlock the background layer with a single mouse click, using custom colors for the background of a new document, make the Options bar smaller, display the recent swatches used in the swatches panel, and many more. Check out the video above to learn more about these small improvements.
