The UI comes with a new level of integration

HTC seems determined to bring a new look to all of its mobile phones, and, besides releasing a brand new user interface for its Android-based handsets, the company also came up with a new UI for the Windows Mobile devices, namely with the new TouchFLO 3D 2.5 (codenamed Manila 2.5). There is no official word on the new software, yet it seems that the Taiwanese manufacturer is working hard to bring the UI to the market in the near future.

The new TouchFLO 3D is reported to come with great integration with Microsoft's mobile operating system, so that the UI is present all over the phone's menus, and users will be able to enjoy the TouchFLO 3D environment even when reaching the deepest settings of the OS. According to the news, this would be one of the major changes that the interface comes with, and should leverage the user experience.

At the same time, Manila 2.5 should also feature great integration with Facebook, offering users faster access to the social networking site. Neither the video below nor the available images with the user interface show the Facebook integration, yet it should be there, and we'll probably see it as soon as it becomes available (or sooner, in case more screenshots are leaked).

Almost all menu tabs and screens seem to have been enhanced one way or another, and the change log that surfaced into the wild shows some of the changes, though it seems that more are present but undetected just yet. One thing that should be mentioned here is that the TouchFLO 3D 2.5 will also offer users the possibility to add more Windows Mobile widgets to the screen, which should provide a wide range of personalization options.
