Some of you might have heard about Photomatix Pro, a cool piece of software that comes with a few advanced tools that allow you to create stunning HDR images.
Today, Photomatix Pro has received a fresh update that adds support for a few new DSLR and mirrorless cameras, new options, as well as a few bug fixes that will improve its stability.
Photomatix Pro v5.0.2 is now capable of handling RAW files taken with Nikon Df and Pentax K-3 DSLRs as well as RAW photos shot with the popular Sony A7 / A7R mirrorless cameras.
Among other features, Photomatix Pro now comes with a “Previous Session (non-batch)” preset for the Bach Bracketed Photos option and has JPEG file format instead of TIFF selected by default on the File Format combo-box when saving tonemapped / fused images.
