14 DAY TRIAL // The whole Daniele Watts incident has become one sordid affair. While over the weekend it seemed to be just another story of cops going rogue and stepping out of bounds, possibly racially profiling people, it has now been revealed that it was Daniele Watts who was to blame from the start, despite her being the one crying wolf.
TMZ went ahead with their investigation and obtained a series of photos depicting the actress and her boyfriend just moments after the police showed up, and it does look like they were engaged in lewd acts in their car, in the middle of the day, with the door open.

As a reminder, Daniele complained on social media that the cops abused her when they slapped the cuffs on her although she had done nothing wrong, since she was only kissing her boyfriend. The audio recording obtained by the media showed she was combative towards the officer and played the racial card, as well as the fame card, trying to bully him out of identifying her.
Daniele, who is known for her role in “Django Unchained,” can be seen in the photos straddling her boyfriend in a very explicit position. Eyewitnesses confirm that she had her T-shirt up exposing her chest throughout their make-out sessions, and she kept grinding on him back and forth, simulating intercourse.
The call made out to police for indecent exposure was legitimate
The fact that the couple did this on the side of a public road, in the middle of the day, with the car door open, means that whoever called the cops was right to do so, and the policemen who arrived on the scene had every right to identify her, despite what it has been said in the media.
After their little game was done, Daniele apparently reached into the center console, took out a napkin and wiped herself and her boyfriend off. Seconds later, as she was on the phone with her father, the police showed up and then the mediated incident occurred.
Public support for Daniele faded over the weekend as evidence piled up against her
If at first Daniele enjoyed the support of the public, since the audio recording came out, people seem to have changed their minds about who is the real culprit here. The recording shows Daniele trying to impress the officer with the fact that she is an actress.
Later, when this technique fails miserably, she goes on to act like a spoiled girl and tries to get her father to convince the officer. She puts him on speaker phone to talk to the officer, but the latter denies to talk to him. Daniele is clearly frustrated and begins crying out loudly “daddy, daddy, daddy!”
The photos now serve as irrefutable proof that Daniele lied about the incident and tried to get off by using her fame and her race.
