14 DAY TRIAL // For years, Kim Kardashian has been denying rumors that she’s getting Botox, fillers and even plastic surgery on a regular basis, but there’s no denying that her face has changed a lot during this time, while also losing the ability to move properly.
So, when Kim posted the photo above to her Instagram with the caption “the many moods of me,” the Internet could barely suppress a giggle and a mean thought at her expense.
You see, Kim isn’t showing her “many moods,” she’s just shifting her gaze and maintaining the same frozen face and blank stare, so she mistakes that for being expressive. Not even her loyal fans are shying away from telling it to her face: to show your “moods,” you have to be able to actually move your face.
Granted, they also add in that she’s “gorgeous” either way, even if she doesn’t seem to know what she’s talking about, but that’s entirely a matter of taste. Beauty, as they say, is always in the eye of the beholder – and who are we to say Kim isn’t beautiful?
But what Kim certainly isn’t is expressive. Just because you shift your gaze from point A to point B and slightly part your lips as if you’re just about to say something (important, no doubt) doesn’t mean you can express a wide array of emotions. It just means you’re looking someplace else.
This photo of Kim reminds me of another one that was all the rage online before “The Twilight Saga” was over: an emotion chart for leading actress Kristen Stewart. It was a mean joke, but it’s exactly what Kim is doing in her Instagram shot.
